Please contact the lab for assistance with resetting your password

If you have access to a computer, you can factory reset your iPad using the instructions here:

Alternatively, you can make an appointment with your closest Apple authorized repair store here: https://getsupport.apple.com/repair-locations?locale=en_US (the iPad is covered under AppleCare+ until 2028, so this appointment should be free).

You can reset your Apple account password here: https://iforgot.apple.com/

If issue persists, please contact the lab.

  • Make sure you are connected to WiFi, you should see the WiFi symbol on the top right of your iPad screen as shown belown

  • If connected to WiFi and still getting this message, this means there is likely a problem with the database that is connected to the app. Please contact the lab.
